Active damper
Active damper is applied on premium washing machines because it can control vibration noise generated when washing actively and can reduce operation time by minimizing the movement of washing machine according to the laundry by controlling the movement of washing machine actively according to the operation status of washing machine than hydraulic or friction damper used for general washing machines aiming for vibration and noise reduction of washing machine.

Double Oil Damper
Realized double damping range of ‘0’N and ‘30~110’N
It is widely used as a main vibration reduction device use for the reduction of vibration and noise of drum type washing machine and our company is securing individual technology such as holding relevant patent for this product.

What is furomizu pump?
Japanese bathing culture should be known first to know what is furomizu pump. In case of Japan, they getting into and coming out from the bathtub (Japanese: Ohuro) and then finish the bathing with shower only differently with Korean culture of soak in the bathtub and scrubbing off dead skin. So, they use remaining water in the bathtub after shower as initial washing of washing machine do not disposing this water. On this occasion, the pump supplying the water in the bathtub to the washing machine is called as “furomizu pump”. This pump is classified as internal type, external type and AC/DC, etc. according to the structure of washing machine or the needs of customer.

Our company is in mass production for total 4 types of pump with 3 types in internal type such as BLDC, AC/DC and DC and DC type in external type and in mass production and supplying to 3 companies among Japanese 4 large makers (Toshiba, Sharp, Panasonic and Hitachi) and currently developing for Hitachi. (Refer to above classification table)
BLDC Motor type Vacuum Pump
This product is a vacuum pump using BLDC motor and it is supplemented fatal defect such as noise and coil disconnection, etc. by the abrasion of brush which is the problem of DC motor applied on existing washing machines and the quality is stable and possible to use for a long term lifetime. (Supplement disadvantage of DC motor)
DC Motor type Centrifugal Force Pump - High Efficiency of the Motor
(External mounting type of washing machine)
- The structure of this pump is different with internal pump.
It is a pump supplying water to inside of washing machine through connected hose to the washing machine using the centrifugal force of pump locating at the external of washing machine. - The advantage of this product is possible to detach and attach according to the necessity and convenient in after service also.
- This type can be sold with the washing machine together and has advantage that this pump is sold in the market individually.
Door Lock Device
Full automatic washing machine door lock device
(Synchronous motor and stepping motor)
- This product is self-developed product applying synchronous motor which has different mechanism with the product introduced in advance.
- Motor type has almost no noise during operation and possible to control lock/unlock status of washing machine with PCB adding contact structure while solenoid type need to add mechanical structure to restore original status when there is noise and error during operation.

Full Automatic Washing Machine Door Lock Device
(AC SOLENOID)
- It is drum washing machine exclusive door lock device and there is double safety device with locking structure according to the structure can be loaded during washing.
- Also, it secures safety by adding forced safety release device to prevent safety accident in case of door locking status.
